Is your order not quite what you expected? No problem. You can easily register your return via our return portal. You have 14 days after receipt to register your return.

How returns work

Step 1

Register your return

Click the “Register return” button and enter your order details via Returnista.

Step 2

Pack neatly

Pack the item carefully. Make sure labels and price tag are still attached.

Step 3

Use your label

Follow the return instructions from the portal and use the received return label.

Step 4

Send your package

Submit your package at the chosen parcel point. We will then process your return.

Return conditions

To process your return, please take the following conditions into account:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The original labels and price tag are still attached.
  • The item must be sent back within the applicable return period.
  • Returns must be registered via our return portal.

Non-returnable

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories.
  • Items from the SALE / Discount.
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions.

You are also welcome to personally drop off your return in our store during opening hours.

Preferably bring your order confirmation or invoice so that we can process your return quickly.

Refund

As soon as we have received and checked your return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible via the same payment method used for the order.

Wrong or damaged item?

Please contact us as soon as possible before registering a return. Always mention your order number and, if possible, include clear photos.

Decorative details

No guarantee can be given for decorative elements such as rhinestones, sequins, beads, embroidery, patches, and similar embellishments if they come loose due to use or washing.

We recommend always handling clothing with such details carefully, preferably washing it in a laundry bag and not placing it in the dryer.
